We will be using chip timing for the 2010 race

Entries Due by 8:00 pm September 3rd - Entries should be submitted using athletic.net - there will be a $30.00 late charge if you don't have your team entries submitted on time.

8:00 – Coaches Meeting at Registration tent near the finish chute

8:20 – Open/6^th grade and younger race (Open race – 5k, 6^th grade and younger – 1400 meters)

9:00 – Varsity Boys

9:30 – Varsity Girls

10:05 – JV Boys

10:35 – JV Girls

11:10 - Middle School Boys and Girls

11:30 –  Awards presentation for all races at the Wagon

Awards

Medals to the top 15 finishers in each Varsity Division

Trophies to the top 2 teams in each division

Medals to the top 15 finishers all divisions in the JV race

Trophies to the top 2 JV teams (scored on 5 runners)

Medals to the top 10 finishers in the Open and 6^th grade race - given in finish chute

Awards will be presented on the Soccer Field in front of the stands

We will have concessions and T-shirts for sale at the meet.

Parking – $3.00 per person or $5.00 per vehicle.
