Entry Information - (If you Participated in the Hill and Bale or Fremont Invitational I already have your entries) Click on Registration form - This should open an excel file.  Please save this file to your desktop.  Fill in the form from your desktop, save to desktop then email the file to csomers@fremont.net - Boys and Girls can be entered on the same form.  Middle School athletes will need to sent separately.  When you email the form back to me be sure to send a note letting me know if this is as High School or Middle School team.
